1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoVerifyr ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, resellers, and any other person who accesses or uses our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

2 Description of Services

GoVerifyr is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel and virtual phone number provider. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Social media growth services (followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and more.
• Virtual phone numbers from 190+ countries for online verification purposes.
• Reseller and API access for bulk service delivery.

3 User Conduct & Responsibilities

You, as the user, are solely and entirely responsible for all actions taken under your account and all activities carried out using our services. By using GoVerifyr, you agree that:

• You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• You will not use our services to harm, harass, defame, or engage in any activity that violates the rights of any third party.
• You understand that boosting engagement on accounts you do not own or have permission to manage may violate third-party platform rules — and this is your responsibility, not ours.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of virtual numbers complies with the terms of service of the platforms you are verifying on.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical operations of our platform.

4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GoVerifyr:

• Using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal purpose.
• Using virtual numbers to create accounts intended for spam, scamming, or phishing.
• Attempting to purchase services for accounts involved in terrorism, hate speech, exploitation, or other harmful content.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing our login credentials or API keys with unauthorised parties.
• Using automated tools or bots to abuse our platform beyond normal usage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our platform or services.

5 Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of our platform — with or without prior notice.

6 Payments & Refunds

All deposits made to your GoVerifyr wallet are non-refundable as cash withdrawals unless a service cannot be delivered. Funds may be refunded to your account balance in cases where:

• A service order fails to start within a reasonable timeframe.
• A service is partially completed and delivery cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your decision to purchase a service that does not perform as expected on a third-party platform. All pricing is subject to change without notice.

7 Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to operate our platform, including your name, email address, and transaction data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate payment processing.

By using GoVerifyr, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to GoVerifyr at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, any unused balance may be forfeited if the termination was caused by a violation of these terms.

9 Changes to These Terms

GoVerifyr reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
